These terms cover your use of veilofpasithea.com. By using the site you accept them.

The site

We try to keep product descriptions, prices and availability accurate. Occasionally something is wrong. Where a listing contains an obvious error we reserve the right to correct it and to cancel any order placed against the incorrect information, with a full refund.

Prices

All prices are shown in Canadian dollars. Shipping is calculated at checkout. International orders may attract duties and taxes on arrival, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Orders

Pieces are made in small runs, so an order is confirmed when we accept it rather than at the moment you submit it. If we cannot fulfil an order we will tell you and refund it in full.

Returns

The return and exchange terms are set out on the shipping and returns page and form part of these terms.

Intellectual property

The brand name, the wordmark, the photography and the written content on this site belong to Veil of Pasithea. Please do not reproduce them commercially without written permission.

Liability

We stand behind the pieces we make. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Canadian consumer protection law.
