All VOP pieces are made to order in Montreal, Canada by Art of Where. Production takes 5-10 business days, plus 3-7 days for Canadian shipping. International orders may take longer.

Due to the made-to-order nature of our pieces, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days for a replacement.

Machine wash cold, gentle cycle, inside out. Hang dry or tumble dry low. Do not bleach. The sublimation prints are permanent and will not fade with proper care.

Yes. Every piece is made to order, so there's no overstock and no waste. Art of Where uses eco-friendly sublimation printing in their Montreal studio. We never mass-produce.
