One policy, written once, and it is the same policy the product pages and the checkout use.
Production
Pieces are made in small runs rather than held in a warehouse, so every order has a production window of 5 to 10 business days before it ships.
Delivery
Inside Canada, 3 to 7 business days after production. Free over $150.00 CAD. International shipping is available worldwide and the rate, plus any duties, is calculated at checkout.
Returns
30 days to return unworn pairs in their original box. We cover the return label inside Canada. Pieces worn outdoors cannot be returned, because shearling picks up grit that does not brush out.
Exchanges
One size exchange per order, free inside Canada. Email us with your order number and we will send a label.
If something is wrong
If a pair arrives damaged or not as described, tell us within 7 days and we will replace it. That is separate from the return window and it does not use up your exchange.
